So far - so fun!

K is on break from school right now. We have had such a blast. His parents drove out to see us. We had to say good - bye this morning as they needed to get back to Arizona. It was absolutely wonderful having them here. We played a lot and got a lot done around the house. We were able to paint Little K's room. It is now pink and not the ugly green and blue. We built a small bench in our entry way, we did a ton for my FHE flannel board and the men worked a lot on the wood in the backyard. I am so glad they were able to come and visit and help us celebrate K's birthday. (sorry the pictures are in reverse order, I always for to load them in backwards)

Little K helped her dad open his cards

Happy 28th Birthday!
We went up to the sky bridge - Little K was very happy wondering by herself

Little K and Grandma

We went to the Arsenal Museum where Little K tried on this helmet, she had fun!
We went to the John Deere Pavillion. This is little K in the Bucket of a loader.
Our little Family in a really big bucket

Grandpa loved playing with Little K. She got spoiled with songs and books and always someone to play with.

Ok when did you get that super awesome dish holder thingy in your dining room? I love it! I really want to do some FHE flannel boards, I've been looking for someone to do them with. Bishop gave me a good idea to get together with a few girls, say 5 and we all pick 5 different Flannels to do and then we all trade, that way we each have 5 different ones.
I am such a bum, not really I am a play-date bum, I have been trying to get these projects done and between being sick and school and bad temper days(from Calvy) I haven't finished. I bought my paint and spakle today, now I just need to spackle and paint and then hang up my project in the bathroom and I'll be free from this torture of not having it DONE.
I know you understand miss project woman.
