BUT..... (of course there is a BUT otherwise there would be nothing to blog about)
I went in to her room after her nap yesterday and WHAM! there is a huge goose egg on her forehead, front and center. I have no idea how she got it, but it is there and now I dont know if I should wait until it is gone or take the pictures with her battle scars. It is a good representation of what she looks like at One, but I want to have cute pictures. What do you think? Take my poll and tell me.
Before the bruise...
Now, this morning....

That is so funny. I love the progressive pictures. At first I sad with bruise, but then thinking about it, everytime you see the pictures you'll be annoyed. So just get a lot of snap shots of it and wait till it's gone. Or go get them done and have them touch'em up, excdept for one.
I would wait to get her pictures taken. But, that comes from a person who has to have everything perfect when it comes to her child. I take 100 pictures of the same pose, so I know i have a perfect picture. The people at the photo studio hate me too-I make them take 50 shots because of something so small that he is not doing right. Something that nobody except a mother would notice... I agree with Barnesblog, take some pictures of her now and wait to get her photos done until the bruise goes away.
I am pretty sure I could have said that in like 10 words, but instead I rambled...Sorry!
After talking with K I think that you are right about waiting. What is 2 weeks. In 10 years when I look back at her 1st year pictures, 2 weeks wont matter.
I totally agree with everybody else. I am a perfectionist too when it comes to professional pics. If you are going to pay good $$ for them you might as well get them to be what you want. The snapshots are cute and a great memory! And being a one year is ROUGH. Maybe even rougher on the mom :)
